Meal Prep

A&K now offer the ultimate  meal prep service and we can prepare your entire weeks meals, so you’ll always have tasty healthy food at reach, good food made easy by A&K’s Caribbean Twist. 

We can tailor packages to suit your needs so please see our options below…….

There is a minimum spend of £50 per order. Deliveries are on Sunday and all orders must be received by midnight on the Thursday. Delivery for currently Beds, Herts & Bucks.
